At Vihaan IoT Gateway, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction while protecting the interests of our small business. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send the product to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email sales@vihaaniotgateway.in and send the product to the return address provided below.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Items returned in damaged or used condition
  • Missing original parts not due to our error

  • A clear reason for return
  • Photographs (if item is defective or damaged)

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. If the gift giver ordered it to themselves and gave it to you later, the refund will go to the gift giver.

  • โœ… Free return pickup is available for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.
  • โŒ For other reasons (e.g., customer changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping. This cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.

Thanks to fake orders, we had to make a difficult decision to protect our service and genuine customers.

๐Ÿ›‘ Cash on Delivery (COD) is now only available to customers who have successfully received at least one prepaid order.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to ensure a reliable and trusted shopping experience for all.

To prevent misuse of COD:

  • All COD orders will be confirmed via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If you refuse a confirmed COD order at delivery:
    • The customer may lose access to COD for future purchases.
    • Repeated abuse may result in permanent account suspension and possible legal action.
