Cancellation & Refund Policy (7 Days)

At Vihaan IoT Gateway, we value our customers and strive to provide quality products and a seamless online shopping experience. Please read this Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
  • Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
  • To request cancellation, please email sales@vihaaniotgateway.in with your order number.

📦 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Beyond 7 days, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
  • Products should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges:

  • Items are replaced only if defective or damaged (DOA).
  • For exchange requests, email sales@vihaaniotgateway.in with order details and photographs.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Partial refunds may apply if:
    • Items are returned in used or damaged condition.
    • Parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.
  • Note: Returns requested beyond 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  • Email sales@vihaaniotgateway.in with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photographs (in case of damage/defect)
  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was shipped directly to you as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If the gift was purchased and later given to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

🚚 Return Shipping Policy

  • ✅ Free return pickup is available for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.
  • ❌ For other reasons (e.g., customer changed mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
