B2B Ordering Policy

1. Free Shipping
   Free shipping and displayed shipping rates are valid only for retail customers.
2. Shipping Charges
   For B2B/wholesale orders, shipping is charged as per actual courier rates (weight/volumetric).
3. Payment Method
   B2B customers are requested to use direct payment options (Bank Transfer / UPI). Payment gateway checkout is not available to avoid extra transaction charges.
4. Order Process
   Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing a B2B order. Our team will confirm:
   • Actual shipping charges
   • Bulk pricing / discounts (if applicable)
   • GST invoice details
